All data is controlled by INS and processed by Erasmus Conference & Events S.A. By completing this expression of interest to apply to become a member, personal information and technical data will be collected, stored and processed.
According to the new personal data laws, your consent to process your personal data is required in order to be registered as a member otherwise we will not be able to send you confirmations, information, reminders and other necessary details. Without your consent, we will not be able to proceed with processing your membership application.

The Administrative Secretariat & core-PCO, all committees related to the Society and Educational activities (i.e. Organising Committee, Scientific Committee etc.), sponsors and third parties handling services related to the association.
